Sink unit, I made the waste, as none was included! VERY tight for space.

The starting point

Yes it really is an ugly old horsebox

Interior

Stripped out the horse stuff, to reveal a big empty box

Hatch

This will be the serving hatch. The wall flapped down to allow the horse to get in, this was permanently fixed in place

Hole in the wall

Had to cut a hole to fit the gas locker. Gas bottles must be stored in a separate compartment to the main cooking area, with ZERO access from inside the truck. You can't just leave the bottle outside the truck!
